Dear Christine,

Thank you so much for all your help, patience and perserverance with me and my hearing aid trials over the last 9 months.  You have been fantastic.  I am very happy I have decided to keep these aids, even if they just help me a bit in noisy situations.

Very many thanks again and happy holidays in September.

PS If you ever have other clients who have had the difficulties I have had and need encouragement, do tell them to contact me!
