  Dear Mrs Webster,

  My heartiest congratulations on the obvious success of your Open Day which I attended today.  The entire event was superbly organised and was a credit to you and to all your colleagues.  It is perhaps invidious to single out any particular facet for comment but I did find the workshop conducted by you and – in my case Mrs Headworth – particularly helpful.

  Unfortunatly I had to leave before the afternoon session but a discussion with the Widex representative gave me the answer to the questions I had intended to raise at the seminar.
